Special Engraving Angle Cutter

This precision tool used primarily in CNC machining, jewelry manufacturing, and industrial part marking to create specific V-shaped grooves or profiles. While 30° is considered the standard cutting angle for most rotary engraving, “special” angles are chosen based on material hardness and the desired visual depth of the engraving.

The cutting angle—the angle between the tool’s axis of rotation and its cutting edge—determines the strength of the tip and the width of the cut.
